Description
A user is able to change their first name, last name, username, email address, title, use case, password, or security question from their user profile. Click on the username in the upper right corner of the dashboard to access the user profile.

Procedure to update the first name, last name, username, or email:
User information will be pre-populated. To update any information, change the information in the field and click Save. The following information can be changed:
First Name
Last Name
Username
Email
Title
Use Case
Procedure to change the password:
In order to change a user's password, first input the current password. Then input the new password and re-enter the new password. Finally, click Save.
A message will display if the password update was successful or not.
Procedure to change the security question and answer:
To change the security question, enter the password. Select a new security question and enter a new answer. Click Save.
A message will display if the security question and answer are updated successfully or not.
