Agent Device Alerts enable you to better monitor Agent connectivity by receiving alert notifications when an Agent becomes unreachable or its WiFi interface becomes disconnected.

Configuration of the Agent Device Alerts simply involves setting the desired timeout threshold for when an alert is generated after the Agent becomes unreachable or its WiFi interface becomes disconnected. The default threshold for an unreachable agent is 30 seconds, while the default timeout for WiFi interface disconnection is 60 seconds.

To set the Agent Device Alert threshold:

  1. Open NetBeez Settings by clicking on the gray cog icon in the upper right corner of the Dashboard.

  2. Open the Anomaly Detection tab within NetBeez Settings.

  3. Find the Agent Device Alerts section.

  4. Enter your desired thresholds (in seconds) into the fields for the Agent unreachable threshold and WiFi disconnection threshold.

  5. Click Save.
